Chibi moon is the future Sailor moon but she can't have the name sailor moon till after Serena.  She dosen't have any attacks yet but I know one thing she has and that is her Luna ball.  Another thing I do know is that Rini is Serena's daughter. I don't really know anything about her yet but when I do it will be up on this site. so come back in a few weeks and I should have more info.
